At a “My Father” event, and Domino Tournament at Sabor Havana, Doral, FL, Pepin Garcia revealed to me his intention to produce a very special Limited Edition cigar in 2010.There will only be 20,000 of these cigars made; meaning only 1,000 boxes will be available! Pepin himself will roll all 20,000 of them. According to his daughter, Janny, it will take approximately four (4) months for the Master Roller to accomplish the task.
In the My Father Cigar Company factory, in Estelí, Nicaragua, he has set aside a small room which contains his personal rolling table. He will work to produce the cigars, as yet unnamed, in that room, and no one will enter the room or know the blend! When he leaves the room, at the end of the day, he will lock it. And Pepin has the only key!
